The Enough SAID project: A partnership for justice.

Enough SAID (Enough Sexual Assault in Detroit) is an independent collaboration between Michigan Women's Foundation, the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office and the Detroit Crime Commission.

The goal of this collaboration is to raise private sector funding to test more than 11,000 forgotten rape kits, investigate the crimes and prosecute the resulting cases, thus securing justice and closure for victims, and ensuring a safer community for everyone.

About Michigan Women's Foundation

Michigan Women's Foundation is known statewide as "the foundation on which Michigan's women and girls thrive." Based on our track record of success, and the reality that women cannot thrive where they are not safe, MWF was invited to lead the Enough SAID initiative.

The strategic plan for MWF for 2013-2015 focuses on three key initiatives: empowering women entrepreneurs, developing the next generation of women leaders, and advancing an agenda that will ensure social and economic equality for women in Michigan.

Those interested in supporting and/or volunteering in these efforts may contact MWF at, 313‑962‑1920 or 616‑765‑4230.
